All of our homes are located close to Downtown Phoenix with convenient access to public transportation. Our homes feature private and shared rooms with community living spaces. Each home is beautifully designed, clean, and offers a sense of peace.

The majority of our homes are modern, new construction with quality materials.
Modern & Clean Kitchens
Our kitchens offer ample space for tenants to store their food. Each tenant is assigned a cupboard refrigerator space. Security cameras are in place for peace of mind.
Multiple Common Living Areas
Our common areas offer leather couches, flat screen cable tv, and beautiful design.
Garage Parking
Garage parking is available for an additional weekly fee on a first come, first served basis.
Private Rooms
Our private rooms rent week or monthly (call for rates). They are furnished with a bed, dresser and flat screen cable tv.
Shared Rooms
Our shared rooms rent for week or monthly (call for rates). They are furnished with beds, dressers and flat screen cable tv.
Multiple Clean Bathrooms
Each home features multiple bathrooms to leave tenants worry free as they navigate their schedules of getting ready for the day.
Laundry
Each home offers coin operated laundry for tenant convenience.
Inspirational Design
It’s important that our homes offer inspiration at every turn so throughout the home you will find motivational quotes to inspire and uplift.
Security
Each room is equipped with a security lock where you will receive a personalized pin to enter. Additionally, each home has security cameras in the common areas as well as the outdoor space.
Environment
We want our tenants to have fun while living with us. We have been known to throw impromptu pizza parties, fantasy football leagues, Super Bowl parties, and even charted a trip to Las Vegas! You never know what’s in store!
