HOUSING DONE WRIGHT started in 2013 with a goal of helping people in need of transitional housing in the form of room rentals. What started as a test project with one home has now grew into 13 homes and counting.
The priority goal of Housing Done Wright has evolved over time and now reflects our mission to provide safe, affordable housing for individuals looking to improve their lives.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness, operations in the home, and beautiful design that help our tenants feel a sense or peace. We believe that when you wake up in a beautiful, peaceful home, it provides stability needed to influence every area of life.
QUINCY WRIGHT, FOUNDER & CEO
Quincy Wright is the Founder and CEO of Housing Done Wright. Quincy grew up in Inglewood, California and attended the University of New Mexico on a Division I Football Scholarship. After graduating college with a BA in Entrepreneurial Studies, he went on to work in the Corporate Sector quickly realizing that he wanted to blaze his own trail in real estate development.
He seized on a real estate opportunity he found and developed an innovative housing model for affordable housing, providing weekly room rentals that would allow his tenants to have stable housing, build their savings, and improve their lives.
Quincy takes a deep pride in the communities where his homes are located. He helped build a bridge between the Community and Police Department that transformed the conditions of the neighborhood. He also sponsors the local little league and youth football teams to support community vitality.

Alford is a seasoned Consultant and Investor with a wealth of experience in small business operations and a specialization in sober living homes in the Los Angeles area spanning over 20 years. With a strong entrepreneurial background and extensive knowledge in the housing industry, Alford brings invaluable expertise to Housing Done Wright. His strategic insights and deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the field have greatly contributed to the success of the company.
