- Join The Waitlist
All our homes are currently occupied, but openings can arise at any time. Secure your spot on our first-come, first-serve waitlist to be notified once an opportunity becomes available.

- Application
Upon being notified of an opening, we’ll share the link for our user-friendly online application. Complete the application to initiate the process. And set up a appointment time to come tour our available location.
- In-Home Interview & Tour
If your application aligns with our community, we’ll schedule an in-home interview and provide a tour to ensure it’s a good match for everyone. If it’s a match, we will take your $180 deposit and $35 processing fee. And schedule a move-in dates.
- Background Check
We believe in second chances and conduct background checks on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we don’t accept individuals with backgrounds involving arson, extremely violent crimes, and sexual offenses, hate crimes
- Welcome Home
Once accepted, you’ll handle move-in fees, which include a processing fee, a refundable security deposit (equivalent to one week of rent), and your first week’s rent.
