Step-by-Step Details
Step 1: Complete the Quick Lead Form
Start with a short form so we can get to know you. We ask for:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- What type of room you’re looking for
- How soon you’re looking to move in
Step 2: Complete the Prescreener
Next, you’ll answer a few additional questions so Housing Done Wright can determine whether our housing may be a good fit for you.
Step 3: Review the House Rules
Review our house rules and expectations before moving forward, so you understand how our shared-housing environment operates.
Step 4: Schedule a Tour & Interview
If you qualify to continue, you’ll schedule a tour of an available property and meet with our team. This is where you can see the home, ask questions and discuss room availability.
Step 5: Complete the Application & Background Check
After the tour and interview, you’ll complete the official application.
Housing Done Wright completes a background screening as part of the approval process. The $50 processing/background fee is due at this step.
Step 6: Approval & Available Room Selection
If approved, you’ll be offered available room options based on current inventory. Rooms are generally first-come, first-served.
Step 7: Move In
Complete the required paperwork, pay your $180 refundable security deposit and your first week’s or month’s rent, and finish any remaining onboarding requirements.
Once everything is completed, you’ll receive your move-in information and access instructions, and you can move into your new home.

Estimate Your Move-In Cost
Pick your room, your move-in date and how many adults. Your first payment is prorated to your move-in date, using our current prices.
Weekly rent is due every Sunday. Monthly rent is due the 3rd of each month. Your first payment is prorated to that next due date.
